Modern Day Housewives

   We've come a long way since the days of June Cleaver, Carol Brady, and Florida Evans. Today, these modern day housewives are heating up our living rooms with their drama, lifestyles, and most of all their impeccable taste in style. While we look forward each week just to live vicariously through these housewives turned reality stars drama, I know that I can't wait to see what Hermes bag, Christian Louboutin, to Herve Leger dress which cast member is going to rock next.

 I never would of imagined a housewife could ever inspire the young generation when it came to style. For me, no other Housewives cast does it the way my ''Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills'' does. From Lisa Vanderpumps flawless and pricey jewelry collection and a closet to die for, to my girl Kyle Richards Chanel handbags to Yolanda Foster's (has every Hermes belt that they ever made) collection.

I have a few other Housewives faves as well. Nene Leakes from the ''Real Housewives of Atlanta'', has truly stepped her closet game up since seasons one. From the blond bomb short hair style , to her graduated casual look with her sling one shoulder tops, slightly baggy but belted and rolled up jeans, paired with a sexy stiletto to seal the deal. Nothing speaks more volume than to be blessed with an opportunity from becoming an average housewife to one of Americas favorites and upgrading your world.

Brazilian born Miami housewives Adriana De Moura and Polish-American model/actress Joanna Krupa, has never made it a secret of their earlier hardships and struggles. But one thing is certain, sometimes in life one has to go through the growing pains to see the light at the end of the runway. These two housewives currently now stars in their very on fashion show called Life. Until next time

HAUTE HALLOWEEN 2013

Celebrities always seems to get into the spirit of Halloween. For some, it merely putting some face paint on or a simple mask. For others, it's the total transformation of another character or other Celebrities.








Take this years 2013 Halloween Costumes favorites. TV Personality and Talk Show Host Ellen DeGeneres, took a walk on the wild side to become Pop/Hip-Hop Artist Nicki Minaj. Ellen emulated Nicki's outfit that she wore on her appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. The long blond wig, the Black Leather pants, down to the twins exposed crop top worn by Nicki Minaj. In my opinion, My girl Ellen nail her costume down to the tee. How do you think she did?

Then there is the young actress turned recent controversial "TWERK" Queen Miley Cyrus . While everyone else is busy dressing as Miley Cyrus's 2013 VMA's performance with Pop/R&B Artist Robin Thicke, Miley clearly became Rap Phenom Lil Kim during her 1999 MTV Awards appearance. The infamous purple one shoulder jumpsuit with the one boob pasty to match was a perfect way to pay homage to her idol. ''CrazySexyCool'' Special Edition

The ladies of TLC Tionne (Tboz) Watkins, R.I.P Lisa (Left Eye) Lopes, and Rozonda (Chili) Thomas are scheduled to air the bio pic story of the trios untold story of the making of TLC premiering  tonight on VH1 9/8c. I felt inspired to write this particular blog due to my special connection with this group. I first met there former manager Perri (Pebbles) Reid at the age of 19 here in LA, while auditioning for her music video. It was there where I met 2/3 of the group, Tionne and Lisa. I had such a connection with Pebbles and the girls, That when it was time for Pebbles to take her show on the road, she didn't hesitate to call me up to go along for the ride.

One phone call, and then a 24 hour flight to Atlanta the very next day. Pebbles then married to music mogul LA Reid, Their guest house soon became the residence for me and new room mate Lisa Lopez. Pebbles, Tionne, and Lisa soon became my family away from home. Not only did I fall in love with the Georgia Peach State, intense rehearsing for a major tour, the addition of Rozonda (Chili) Thomas to being in the studio of TLC's first album being recorded, witnessing history in the making.

As TLC grew into the Best Selling R&B Female Group of all time. Then Celebrity Fashion Stylist, Julieanne (Julie) Mijares would collaborate with one of the Fashion's world's Best Kept Secret, My Mother Famed Mogul Designer Linda Stokes of LSO DESIGNS. Their collaborating created some of the most unique and original costumes the world has seen. So much that TLC's Fan Mail's platinum hit  ''No Scrubs" video signature costumes we're inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame Museum. The ladies would create costumes using all types of fabrics from suede's, patent leather, to metallic and mesh, designed for each members individual personality.

A Evening With Swarovski and Microsoft

Whenever you combine Swarovski with Microsoft, or Swarovski with any company... You get FABULOSITY !!!!!!!!!!! Last night in Venice, Ca the Swarovski Company collaborated with Microsoft to introduce the new book entitled P.S-you're invited... by Erica Domesek. It's a fun book featuring 40+DIY projects for all of your fashion, decor, and just plain entertaining events. The author and founder of the DIY brand has been featured in such magazines as Glamour, Instyle, and Teen Vogue to name a few. Erica Domesek has also made appearances on such shows as The Rachael Ray, The Martha Stewart, The Today Show, E! News, Fox, TLC, and ABC.

The Evening was filled with the who's who of Los Angeles, and featured stations such as creating your own sundaes, classy cocktails, and designing and making your very own Swarovski Crystal ring, with the beautiful Lisa Beckenholdt (Showroom Manager-Los Angeles) which I'm wearing in the photo up above. As a Fashion Designer and Celebrity Wardrobe Stylist myself, always working with my extended Swarovski family is always a pleasant pleasure.
