Coffee With Cream: Swarovski 120 Years of Shining

Image your ancestors being ignited by a thought, which became a dream, which has become a reality beyond imagination. Not only we're this family thinking of the then, but their families future generations to come. With that being said, the Swarovski Family began its journey in 1895 founded in Wattens. For Daniel Swarovski, Franz Weis, and Armand Kosmann, a small town in Tyrol Wattens offered endless possibilities that included creating energy from the thought of using hydroelectric power.

Fast forward 120 years later, The Swarovski Family has truly built an Empire. Swarovski products are being used all over the world, servicing A list clients as the Oscar's, Grammy's, World Tours for Clients such as Lady GaGa, Cher, Ellen Degeneres, and Britney Spears just to name a few. Fashion Designer's Estaban Cortazar, whom in 1993 designed the pink crystal mesh dress for super model Cindy Crawford. Designer Michael Schmidt created the first 3D printed dress based off the form of American burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese. American Celebrity Fashion Designer Linda Stokes of LSO Designs, has used Swarovski crystal products on every clients stemming from the Jackson's, Gwen Stefani, Faith Hill, Beyonce for the "On The Run" Tour, Oscar and Grammy award winner Jennifer Hudson's upcoming tour, and many more. Swarovski products has been used by many jewelry designers, interior designers, shoe designers such as Christian Louboutin and Stuart Weitzman. Handbag designer Judith Leiber made Swarovski crystals her secret ingredient and signature element for the enormous success of her hand bag designs. It takes dedication and constant new fresh innovative ideas to run a company and to consistently sustain the success that the Swarovski company has. 120 years in the business and still going strong.
