Celebrating the powerful combination of fashion and music, The 2014 "FASHION ROCKS" was held at the Barclays Center in NYC, on September 9TH, 2014. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the evening featured some of music's hottest performers and equally fashion industry trendsetters. Celebrities alike from Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, Miranda Lambert, Rita Ora, Pitbull, and Duran Duran just to name a few. My focused was on this one particular American Idol, Mother, Actress turned Oscar winner, Jennifer Hudson. Styled by her longtime celebrity wardrobe stylist, Eric Archibald, Jhud's sexy, edgy, fierce style, exudes high fashion effortlessly. Jennifer's shorts we're custom made by my mother Linda Stokes of "LSO DESIGNS". The infamous shorts which took 3 days to complete, was completely beaded and crystallized by my daughter Milan Stokes, and Myself, by hand. The royal color palette in the shorts consisted of various Swarovski Crystals such as aurum, dorado's, topaz, pearls, and gold studs.
